The real color of the item may be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness. For the size, many size charts mention that it might have slightly a difference between the chart and the real item. Please be aware of those factors when you order an item. 

What about the quality?

We do our best to provide you the best quality for the price you pay. Do not expect very high quality if you get an item at a very low price. On the other hand, your satisfaction is our main concern and if you are not satisfied with any of our product within 30 days after purchase, we will be proudly refund you. What about the sizes?

***Please make sure that you have verify carefully any measurements for every item BEFORE BUYING. (check the Size Chart for each item)

Procedure in case of exchange of any item :

You have 30 days after purchase to ask for a refund or exchange.

In case of exchange of item(s), you keep the inappropriate item and reorder 1 (one) item in the right size (not applicable for a change of color or design) at 50% for the same item, same color and same design and based on its regular price.

Deliveries 

In avearage, depending of the item(s), we will send your order in 1-5 working days (including stocking time), once your payment is done.

In avearage, depending of the item(s), you will receive your order in 2 to 3 weeks (US) and 3 to 6 weeks (anywhere else).

 PETBOOBOO FULL PROTECTION:

US Customers: If your item is not delivered in 61 days, you will be totally refunded or the article will be reshipped. (Your choice)

Other countries: If your item is not delivered in 91 days, you will be totally refunded or the article will be reshipped. (Your choice)

***NO CUSTOMER PROTECTION IN CASE OF ADDRESS ERROR. Error in adress must be reported before shipping. (No refund, no reship)
